Cranks Creek Food Bank

Cranks is nestled in the southeastern portion of Harlan County, Kentucky near the Virginia line.  Harlan County ranks #2 in Kentucky and #18 in the nation for food insecurity by the US Department of Agriculture.  The Lexington Herald Leader reports that Harlan ranks #4 in overall poverty.  

Limited funding has put the continued operations of the food bank in jeopardy and we need your help to sustain these vital services to continue to provide food to families in rural Harlan County.
